As a graduate of both Parsons the New School of Design (BBA, Design and Management) and The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (MA, Arts Administration and Policy), Pia is academically trained to integrate business strategy and design principles as a response to the everyday needs of consumers. In doing so, Details By Pia emerges as the preeminent source for creative event planning, strategic marketing and branding design, curatorial planning, and broadly put, the circulation of the arts.
Chicago-based and world-connected, Pia is Owner and Director of Good Details—a multi-dimensional creative arts incubator, gallery, and artist hub located in Chicago’s Art District. Although Pia’s ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-octane environment was established at Parsons and in New York City, her reputation as a lifestyle and arts manager was cultivated through her successful career as Director of Hebru Brand Studios.
At Hebru Brand Studios, Pia provided brand management solutions from top to bottom for visual artist Hebru Brantley and all aspects of the artist’s various projects and program phases, as well as provided innovative leadership and support for interdisciplinary industry partnerships. During her tenure in this position, Pia was the heartbeat of the studio and the driving force between Brantley’s multi-faceted business entities, external business partnerships, internal departments and global arts relationships.
